SnapSnap
Turns finger snaps into instant hotkey actions.
Claude Code, Swift, Apple Create ML, Computer Vision.
SnapSnap recognizes two hand poses: snap-ready (used to trigger distance detection for firing a preset hotkey) and middle-finger pose (used to exit the voice assistant, based on the user’s settings). When the ready pose is detected, SnapSnap measures the distance between the middle finger tip and thumb tip, firing the hotkey the instant that distance closes abruptly.

When my friend snapped a finger to catch my attention—and one day I accidentally did the same to my car’s console when I wanted to talk to Siri. That moment sparked the concept for SnapSnap.

Designed with driving scenarios in mind, it makes waking a voice assistant or exiting a mode as easy as a snap.
